Brooklyn based charming folk rockers Forest Fire recorded their LP Survival over 8 months. This may sound like a really long time, but it’s clearly their general pace in life as reflected in their one microphone recorded Lo-Fi music, with all these layers that really peel away to reveal a probably less successful (hopefully just for the time being) but equally double F initialed Fleet Foxes. I just wish i’d heard of them sooner.
