Mixmag have got it spot on in November’s issue, with their front cover highlighting some of the music scene’s biggest new(ish) talents:

Little Boots, Surkin, Goldielocks, Friendly Fires and The Martinez Brothers. It almost seems to be missing someone.. FrankMusik maybe?

So from the end of this month there are some pretty amazing acts confirmed for Brighton, the 30th October brings Neon Neon and Yo Majesty to Digital which somehow we have blagged some free tickets for.. VERY exciting.

On the 31st October, New Hero presents Surkin at their Halloween special at Somewhere in the Universe. The last thing I saw at this club night was Little Boots a couple of months ago on her first ever live show. It was rubbish for live music, she was great but the place is not good for any sort of live shows. So Surkin should be pretty fucking immense in this sweaty little club built for DJ’s.

THEN. Which is going to make my absolute year, Annie Mac presents at Digital on the 20th November with Little Boots… AND FAKE BLOOD. Yes, Fake Blood. How GOOD! We are currently trying to work out (like everyone in the world) who this is and how he/she/they are going to DJ and remain hidden.
