In my absence from the blogging World, I’ve had time to go through some amazing emails from artists, have raided Hypem and been incredibly vigilant in reading other people’s blogs…  I’ve collected an amazing amount of new music that I want to share with you, lucky.

My latest obsession seems to be inspired by this remix:

Everyone knows who Fleetwood Mac are, so no introduction needed there, I hope… Cosmo Vitelli is another amazing French artists, with his own record label which has released records for Simian Mobile Disco and Yuksek, needless to add, he is pretty good and so is this:

I hate the Ting Ting’s, probably why I welcome a remix every now and again to make their music bearable. After Tom Neville’s amazing remix of Not My Name, Bimbo Jones puts a great spin on their new(ish) song:

New (ting) Tings.

I love rainy nights in, it means that I actually sit down and listen to some music that I have downloaded over the past few weeks. Such as…

Sonny J. Released his album Disastro in June, you probably recognise the name from such hits as Can’t Stop Moving and Handsfree (If You Hold My Hand) which I posted a video of a while back right here. The whole album has this great uplifting feel to it, mainly dancey with some really familiar samples thrown in for good measure. Get it.

This remix of the Ting Ting’s That’s Not My Name by Tom Neville is actually blindingly (or should that be deafeningly) good.

I was never much of a fan of the Backstreet Boys (was anyone?) however, the Headshotboyz have done a dance remix of their song Everybody which is going to be or quite possibly already has been, an absolute storm in clubs that I quite possibly frequent.
