Sometimes, I feel like I’m seriously out of the loop. I’ve had pretty limited internet access for the last few months but it’s no excuse as to why I haven’t blogged about Angus & Julia Stone more recently. Hailing from Sydney this brother and sister duo are to folk as Rennie is to Christmas (trying to add a hint of seasonality to the somewhat Scrooge-like blog).
Having been producing music since 2006 with yearly EP’s out since their debut Chocolate and Cigarettes, they’ve been pretty busy. 2010 sees a new album Down the Way released in the early party of the year, and it’s about time Angus and Julia see some more recognition for their consistently mesmerising music.
